Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers who purchase products through a subscription or other recurring purchase option may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future recurring orders.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order has been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or submitted to a fulfillment partner, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Due to the health, safety, sanitary, and consumable nature of dietary supplements, supplement orders that have already been processed or fulfilled are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products or where otherwise required by applicable law.
